this blog has only be online for a day but it has seen a lot of action already. i should propably give credit to fenoxo's site for linking everyone through. thank you.
in this post i wanted to explain what my top priorities are for updating the game.
1 build the dating mechanism.
i have started on building it already. i expect it to be finished soon.
2 add the option of making special events
3 fill in the world (create a story etc.)
i want to add some basic things. so that even when you dont have user generated content there is still something to play.
4 make it possible for users to create their own content.
this is probably going to be the most work. i have already designed my code so that it reads stuff in from text files, but it is not perfect yet.
5 a GUI overhaul
this is optional. at the moment the GUI is very minimal. black background, white buttons and white text. it is not bad but not great either. if anyone comes up with something cool just send me a message.

Download the Game(v2)

i found out how to get a zip file on here.

Apparently i had to make a site on sites.google and add the file there. and then you get the link to the zip file.
how to run?
run the jar file. it will ask you to enter a directory. you should select the game directory that is included in the zip. it is a very limited demo. i already have some more stuff ready but this is to give you a taste.

Hello everyone,
thank you for taking the time to take a look at my blog. Recently I started developing a game in JAVA (just for fun and practice) and in this blog I will keep you up to date on my progress and ask your feedback about certain aspects of the game. I would like to note that english is not my native language. I try to keep my sentences as clear as possible, but sometimes things might get lost in translation.
The game is inspired on the old Lesson of Passion game (the dating one). your goal is to seduce girls and have sex with them. the basic gameplay consists of increasing your skills. these skills will affect how girls react to you and how well you do at jobs. you can seduce girls by talking to them giving them gifts and going on dates. there will also be certain special events but so far i have not created any.
I was going great when I decided that it would be cool for users to be able to create their own content. There are lots of things that i have to redesign and recode, but also new features that i have to build from scratch. it would be nice to receive your feedback on how to improve the game or hear about any new features that you would like me to implement.
